After spending 35 years as a chef, Peter Wolfe decided to follow his passion for native foods and open an innovative small business to educate people on the unique and fresh produce found in Australia, Cedar Creek Farm Bush Foods.
Peter is renowned for his kitchen wizardry, and for his exciting recipes incorporating bush foods and organic ingredients.

With his charismatic attitude, Peter is quick to educate his audience on the benefits of local and organic produce by passing around samples, answering questions and even sharing a laugh.

“With bush foods, nothing is genetically modified,” Peter said,
“They are low in animal fats, higher in vitamin C and you get the natural intense flavours.”
Peter can often be found conducting free cooking demonstrations at shows run by Australian Events.
