Brand new to Townsville in 2010 is the Townsville Living Expo & Pet and Animal Expo to be held at the Townsville Showgrounds. The three day event will be an exciting new shopping experience for Townsville locals and visitors.

The event will feature products for the garden and outdoor living, home improvement, building, sustainable living, health and fitness and more. 

Also a part of the Townsville Living Expo is the Pet and Animal Expo featuring well known Australian Livestock Crusader, Mark Tully. Highlights include appearances by Tammy the celebrity pig, working dogs interactive display, rare breeds display, talks and demos, chook wash, displays of cattle, goats, poultry and horses, Barastock giveaways and an open display arena available for exhibitors to do presentations and demonstrations. This event offers a unique opportunity for businesses to promote themselves under a common banner which is The Pet and Animal Expo.

The event will have an onsite food court, coffee shops, free entertainment and some great prizes to be won over the weekend. This event is a great day out for the whole family.

There are both outdoor sites and premium indoor pavilion sites available. The pavilion will host over 70 sites in air-conditioned comfort with full timber flooring and carpet tiles.
